According to the public relations report of JISCO, Mr. Behzad Ahmadi, CEO of Jahed Investment and Service Co. For Rural, Nomadic, referring to the company's contracts for importing frozen beef from Brazil, said that we imported a total of 1300 tons of frozen Brazilian beef in July.

Mr. Ahmadi emphasized that from the total of two separate contracts we signed for the import of frozen Brazilian beef, 605 tons of them were cleared and distributed in the market, and 688 tons of them were imported into the country.

He added that quality and standard inspections of these shipments are underway, and after the approval of the country's veterinary system organization, the consignment will be distributed in the market.

 The CEO of JISCO also pointed to the latest company's meat import contracts with Brazil and said that more than 2,000 tons of purchased frozen veal meat is also produced at the source and will enter the market in the coming months.

Mr. Ahmadi also announced the continuation of consultations with other countries, including Mongolia, for the purchase of frozen sheep meat and added: "We are trying to prevent any shortage of this high-demand protein product in the market by continuously supplying and importing red meat."
