Civil Projects
Implementation of construction operations, participation in the construction of commercial-residential projects and investment in construction projects are among the activities of JISCO.
- Building No. 1 of the Ministry of Agriculture was built on a land area of 2956 m2 and with an infrastructure of 27000 m2, in the form of a metal frame and on 13 floors - 8 administrative floors and 5 underground floors. The implementation of this project started in 2013 and was put into operation in 2016.
- Building No. 3 of the Ministry of Agriculture was built on a land area of 1887 m2 and with an infrastructure of 27500 m2 and in the form of a concrete frame in 22 floors - 16 administrative floors and 6 underground floors. The implementation of this project started in 2013 and was put into operation in 2016.
- The building number 2 of the Ministry of Agriculture is under construction in a land area of 3179 m2 as a metal frame in 17 floors - 12 administrative floors and 5 underground floors. The implementation of this project started in 2023 and this project is supposed to be put into operation at the beginning of 2026.
Partnership and Investment Projects
Try to create added value by preparing explanatory plans and investment studies (F.S) and implementing investment projects in properties owned by JISCO or in partnership with companies affiliated to Jihad Esteghlal Institute in more than 86,000 square meters of real estate in whole country.
